🧾 Service charges, booking fees, and government taxes are non-refundable.

⚠️ No-shows or early departures from the tour will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be provided.

🌦️ Tours canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions) will be handled as per company policy or rescheduled where possible.

👤 Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp) and will be effective only after confirmation from our team.

📅 The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to operational reasons or force majeure situations.

Important points for travellers:

1. Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, Umbrella or rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
2. Advice guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Arunachal & Meghalaya as this area is cold through out the year.
3. Mobile services may not be active in all destinations. Pre-paid roaming and International roaming connection does not work in this region. We suggest carrying BSNL (GSM) connections.

Hotels Used:

1. The standards of hotels in this sector should be not be compared to standards of similar category of hotels in other developed destinations. The hotels have been selected, combined & graded in such a manner so that the Guests gets similar kind of experience at every place. Further the hotels in places except Assam & Meghalaya are available are only with basic amenities & simple food. There are no star categories Hotel. The facilities available cannot be matched with the other developed destination. The regions prime tourist interest in its nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. Please be informed that this region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavour.
2. Facilities like western toilet, television in room, geyser in bathrooms may not be available at all places. For specific requirement, please inform us and we will try to provide. This is again subject to availability.
3. For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotels provides MATTRESS and ROLL AWAY BEDS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
4. Please note that most of the hotels except in Guwahati do not have air-conditioned facility in the rooms. On request they can provide table fans based on their availability.
5. Please further note that again most of the hotels do not have lift. In case you have any health related issues due to which you cannot climb higher floors, please inform us immediately at the time of confirmations so that we can take necessary actions.
6. In the hills, scarcity of water & power-cut is a natural phenomena. In case of power-cut, the few hotels provides power backup to emergency & common areas. Under such situation, hot water will be provided to the guest in bucket and also guests will have to bear with candle light. Request you to kindly bear with such situation. We strongly regret for such inconvenience. Also guests can come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
7. Room Heater is available with an extra cost which would be borne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories). Also places except Assam & Meghalaya face power shortage. Room Heater may not work due to power fluctuation
8. For CP, MAP and AP meal plan, menu will be on fixed plan basis and not on A-la-Carte basis. For early morning check out breakfast may be limited to simple Bread - Butter/Jam. Puri/Roti – Sabji may not be available.
9. Categories of Rooms in the packages are based on base category of rooms, unless specified.
10. Normal check-in time at Hotel is 1300 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs. All requests for early check in / late checkout / extending of stay, will be solely at the discretion of the hotels and shall be subjected to the rooms availability. A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory. PAN Card are not acceptable
11. We reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
12. In case of group or incentive travels, all the rooms provided may not be of same size and category.

About Vehicle:

1. It is requested that the guests are soft and gentle with the drivers. The driver are from remote places and some of them do not know how to speak as they are not educated in tourism etiquette.
2. Due to shortage in space for parking, please be informed that you will have to be ready on time & wait in the lobby atleast 5 minutes before the time given. Due to uncalculated situations the vehicle reporting may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us and as soon as vehicle arrives you will have to get in, within few seconds, before the policeman blow his whistle.
3. During season time due to peak demand, Innova / Scorpio / Xylo can be provided as per availability only. In case of non-availability of the desired vehicle, we would provide any other vehicle.
4. In case the number of heads are more than the above mentioned maximum capacity, than the guest will have to take another vehicle with an additional cost.
5. As the vehicles will be available as per the itinerary, guests are requested to follow the timing strictly. Sightseeing points to be covered will depend upon timing in hand.
6. Full Day sightseeing will be till maximum 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM as per itinerary.
7. Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
8. In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver.
9. Please note that some of the sightseeing/itinerary may change due to time limit, weather, national holidays, and special events. We maintain the rights to alter the itinerary since tours are made in advance and unforeseen circumstances that mandate change may arise. Itinerary changes are made to improve your overall travel experience.

About Transfers:

1. Transfer from Guwahati Airport / Railway station shall be provided from 05:00 hrs. To 16:00 hrs. In unavoidable cases the guest may have to spend the night in Guwahati at an additional cost which will be borne directly by them.
2. If there is any late arrival at Guwahati railway station, considering guests safety, it is recommended that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and at 5:00 a.m. and arrange for their transfers
3. In case of departures i.e. transfers to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station, considering the road condition we recommend that the guests must start with atleast having 2 hours surplus in hands when starting for their journey.
4. Night travel is not possible, so if you have a transfer to another destination in second half, please maintain time of your morning sightseeing
5. If one destination is covered twice or additional destinations are included, additional charges will be applicable on per km / per hour basis.
6. During Rainy season, heavy showers are possible and many times tarpaulin may not cover all the luggage because of the nature of heavy showers. In such case, luggage will have to be loaded inside the vehicle. The guests will have to adjust to such situations.
